I have been eaiting in kine for 20 minutes. Now i have been at the speaker for 9 minutes they told me to wait a moment. 9 minutes is an eternity in a deive through. This happens at this Taco Bell/KFC more often then they get it right. Cars agead of me are oulling away as i still sit at the speaker. Who is in charge of this mess ??
Food is good I won't lie. But only between the times of 12 P.M. to 2 P.M. and 5 P.M. to close.
Since the lady at the speaker didn't listen to the request on NO GRAVY. Then gave my husband an attitude "well it's already done" he had to go in and order another bowl with no gravy. Not fix the mistake. This is poor training, bad attitudes, and complete lack of customer service. We will not return.the name on the receipt is Monique. Ma'am you need to do better.
Terrible, food was not made as ordered, and quesadilla had to sauce and was not even cut, crunch wrap supreme has to lettuce or tomato on it and the new crispy chicken burrito had no spicy sauce on it, with on one chicken finger in it. Terrible experience with the food. Definitely not eating here again
