Everytime I go there and place an order and ask for certain things nothing is ever made correctly and the customer service is unprofessional for any fast food restaurant I've ever been to.
The food i ordered from DoorDash has been wrong MULTIPLE times. I constantly complain about not getting my supreme. And my fries arrived cold and I ordered at 10 pm when they close wayyy after that and still got all my stuff wrong… DISAPPOINTING NIGHT CREW SMH DO BETTER😒😒
I do enjoy some of the items here. Today though, I was not impressed. We went in and something smelled very bad, throughout the restaurant. Another thing was the music was blaring through the speakers out front. And one more thing was that the drive-through speaker, outside, was unbelievably loud. We parked in the furthest parking space from the drive-through, and we could hear every word the staff person had to say, loud and clear.
I mean it’s a Taco Bell, but it’s better than most I think. Always fast, friendly, and piping hot. Also, they have never run outta Baja blast. A favorite spot for us in our way through town!
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money no customer service employees write things on your food lost my business permanently
