They literally can never get an order right and have the worst customer service. Being yelled at in the drive thru just to get an incorrect order every single time is bs and someone needs to be fired.
Dining room stinks and the floors did not look mopped. Service was terrible and price for a GD burrito was $2.59!? Insane. I feel like this may be the last time I order from the bell.
Took 45 minutes for them to make one quesadilla. Do not recommend. Avoid like the plague.
Don't think they listen very well ordered a party pack with no lettuce and Xtra cheese on all tacos. Very disappointed cause we received lettuce on all and no Xtra cheese. Tried calling 6or 7 times to let them to let them know our order was wrong but no answer and I know they weren't that busy there was a vehicle in front of us and one ordering and no one in the lot so how can you jus ignore those phone calls when you ain't busy.
