Should have checked my bag. I received 2 beef soft tacos instead of 2 crispy chicken tacos and 2 chicken soft tacos; and 1 additional item was missing.
Went through the drive through, ordered like 60$ worth of food, and staff completely messed up order. There was extra meat, seasoning, jalepenos, and sour cream on items. The worker taking our order was extremely rude and said she could not hear us, and I was practically yelling at this drive thru. BYO Cravings box is back in the app, never should have been unavailable in the first place
Typically taco bell’s pretty accurate and quick but tonight 8-2 around 3am the guy taking the orders was messing up hard. repeated my order literally 7 times came around was still wrong, apparently it can’t be fixed so i went back around and got what i wanted. I got 2 beefy loaded grillers ADD rice, Tell me why this guy took away the beef and potatoes and added just rice. Extremely dissapointing.
