Things have not changed, June 20th 2025, we ordered 2 crunchy tacos, 1 bean burrito, they asked if we wanted hot sauce, we asked for 3, we didn't get any, this location still sucks December 28, 2022. @8:20pm. Went to get food during halftime, we get home ALL OUR FOOD WAS COLD. I ordered a Chulpa, two crunchy tacos and a bean burrito. But the employees had time to be rapping making jokes making fun of the cashier but our food was cold I called the manager Mark was on shift and all he can say was I apologize.
There was a little bit of a wait for my food but I didn't mind. The lady at the front apologized for the wait and handed me a drink cup for the inconvenience. I appreciate the customer service and how nice she was, I didn't get her name but she was kind. Thank you
Had to repeat my order about 5 times to the lady. Once I received my food, it was cold. What kind of service is this.
I have come to this taco bell a few times, but this time, I went I didn't like the service the young men didn't seem happy handed me my soft drink cup with a golve instead of holding it from the bottom his finger was holding it from the inside of the cup very gross they need to teach young ones how to be more clean and careful when handing stuff to clients and putting good faces even tho they mad of working
