Ths girl working the drive thru tonight was the worst employee I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell. Asked for a drink carrier for the drinks on the order and she basically threw the carrier at me, causing one the drinks to fall over onto me and all over my car. She could not care less and didn't offer any assistance or an apology. She just left the drive thru window until she came back with the food and handed it to me before rudely asking me if I would like the drink replaced. This place never gets my order right and they try to charge you for items that come on the burrito when you want it on the side. I’d rather drive out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell than deal with the incompetence of the employees and the manager, Robert.
They are very nice at this location.
