This location is consistent and by that I mean consistent with their errors. The food is pretty skimpy and the orders are right 80% of the time. I usually order via the app so I don't specifically ask them to make sure they don't skimp out. But this is ridiculous... this is my "black bean" crunch wrap. The worst customer service ever. I have a really big truck I can't go through drive-thru so she says I couldn't take my order I had to use this order from the outside of the counter so I have a little difficulty where I'm dyslexic need a little bit of help and she was rolling her eyes and she was complaining to help out so I just walked out
I ordered my DoorDash at 715 and it’s now passed 8pm and I’m message in my driver and they keep telling me hold on hold on. What kind of service is this very bad service. I wish I can get compensated for this.
This Taco Bell has always been very consistent over the years. It's extremely rare that an order I make gets made wrong and the food quality is usually very consistent, even for those late night Taco Bell runs. Keep up the good work!
