I thought an online order thru the app would be faster, I ordered it and had to wait 20 minutes in line and it wasn’t even made yet. huge waste of time. the staff was extremely rude and snarky, they told me if i didn’t like the wait, i could go somewhere else. the drive through is set up to where i couldn’t even leave if i wanted to. this place is a joke.
I honestly don’t know where to begin. Both people on the speaker were rude. We had multiple mobile orders to and they said we had to lap the store for each order. I have never had that happen at my local restaurant, nor was that an issue at the Newport location. I am a customer service manager and I would be appalled if my staff treated patrons like this.
