I honestly don’t know where to begin. Both people on the speaker were rude. We had multiple mobile orders to and they said we had to lap the store for each order. I have never had that happen at my local restaurant, nor was that an issue at the Newport location. I am a customer service manager and I would be appalled if my staff treated patrons like this. Made me go through the drive through twice to pick up 2 mobile orders when there were 7+ cars in line behind me
We live closer to the Bellevue and Newport location but will choose to go to this location instead every time. The workers are extremely nice and attentive!
