Had a grilled cheese black bean burrito here the other day that was by far the best I'd had from a Taco Bell. The fillings were arranged such that you get a little of everything in each bite, which a lot of burrito places can't seem to do right, but this one did. As a vegetarian on a budget this is my Taco Bell of choice and other locations could learn a thing or two from it
I did an online order through the app. When I arrived there were a few cars at the drive through. There no customers inside. There was three employees on duty. A Young lady working the drive thur window. And two male employees. One male employees saw me step to the counter, no acknowledgement no greeting. He step back to the Cooking area. The employees at this establishment push back paid orders made through URBER eats / DoorDash. They rather throw away the food because no one picks up those orders due to them taking forever to actually do their job. And when you ask them how much longer they ignore you. Hope the owner sees this post so he can actually do something about this cause his loosing money and / product.
