I am at this Taco Bell between 3 and 5 weekday. It's always fresh, hot and full. They dont overdo but they dont skimp. The packages are not messy and the tacos are actually wrapped. Every person that has come to the window is polite and professional. She even stopped to recheck everything was in the bag, which impressed me and I let her know. I have zero complaints about this location. Don't let the neighborhood detour you. Great place to eat!
I want to report a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The restaurant left the outside door open, and after drivers arrived to pick up orders, around 12:30 AM they started telling delivery drivers to leave the restaurant. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. There was also a long line and delivery drivers were left waiting outside instead of being allowed to properly enter the restaurant and pick up their orders. The worst Taco Bell location—the employees are extremely rude. They have a bad attitude. They need to be trained immediately!!!
Service the main thing decent here, unfortunately something always messed up. Drink machines, out of something, can’t take orders cause their system down. Seems like an often occurrence.
