Severely understaffed. Waited in the drive through for an online order for over a half hour. No apologies for the wait. Several people have had to have their orders fixed. Seems like theres only one person working during a lunch rush at the only taco bell within 100 miles. Severe oversight by management.
It's Thanksgiving and I can't be home with my family, again, to celebrate since I'm a trucker. So I came here because I like taco bell when they make it right. At first I asked for something not on the menu but would have been very easy to make. I wanted everything that goes into a steak quesadilla to be put into a burrito instead, but add some rice.
