The ai at the drive through does NOT work and will put in the wrong order 100% of the time. I’m genuinely begging this location to get rid of the ai and have an actual person at the drive through like normal. The ai is not equipped to understand human speech and god forbid you want to change something in your order, because it cannot understand that at all (example: wanted the jalapeño honey mustard instead of nacho cheese with my fries, the ai did not have the capacity to comprehend that request).
