I know my sole review won't discourage anybody from coming here. However, the manager of this establishment should stay out of making food, they absolutely suck at making food, keep them away from the grill and the kitchen and everything. Stick to sitting in the office if you can't make any of the menu items correctly.
I think this is the best Taco Bell in the area! The staff is always polite, friendly, and professional!
Your location has those ratings for a reason. We’ve ordered from here a few times now, and every single time something in the order goes wrong… either items are missing or completely incorrect. At this point, you all probably owe me a refund just in missed items and “upgrades” that were clearly ignored. Ordered the cantina chicken burrito, there was absolutely no chicken in it. Barely any filling whatsover, portion is significantly smaller than usual taco bell, and it was cold even though i ordered it grilled. Same thing with my crunchwrap: cold lettuce with a tortilla, all this for 20$+
