Horrible service, they forgot multiple items and even after multiple checks they still forgot stuff. The employees and managers are extremely unprofessional and inadequate for the job. It wasn’t even busy and they were still lacking any initiative for the customers. If i were the employees working at the time id be extremely embarrassed for not only poor food quality but also horrible customer service. I will not be eating at this Taco Bell ever again and might even take my money elsewhere other than Taco Bell.
I treated myself to an expensive grilled cheese burrito and it was HORRIBLE. The rice was so hard I hurt my tooth, there was hardly any filling and the grilled cheese on the outside looked nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing and a lesson learned about the value of taco bell.
Got two #2 meals and every one of the tacos had broke shells. The taco shells talked stale also.
I don't leave Google reviews ever, but come on... Drive thru smelled like hot vomit, drink came out to me in a dirty cup. I handed it back to the employee, and she handed it back to me a few minutes later. The same dirty cup. I didn't bother eating the food they gave me.
