The drive thru order taker did not listen to my husband at all. My husband ordered three crunchy taco supremes for me because I have a gluten allergy and can only eat the corn shells. The review screen showed soft tacos, and my husband let the order taker know 3 separate times. The order taker said “it shows as crunchy on our side”.
