I've given this locations too many chances. Not like they care, but they just lost a very good customer.
Terrible customer service and food, all of our “crunchy” tacos were soggy, and completely fell apart as soon as you pick them up. The rest of our order tasted and looked as though it had been sitting for some time. Couldn’t even get through the meal Absolutely disgusting food, and location and a waste of money. Sad.
This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced and is unfortunately my new local one. 2/3 orders have been screwed up and the wait time on my 2nd ever order there was insane! They use the metal stick outside of the window to fix there times. The first time my food had sour cream in each item that’s never happened to me at a Taco Bell, the second my food had a hair and was cold. Don’t waste your time and go to a different bell. Have your staff wear hair nets and learn how to operate efficiently.
Employee in drive thru thowing metal thing in between cars. She said she was "fixing" her time. Sounds like bumping up her numbers.
