Taco Bell is taco bell. The employees here are very efficient and helpful and always smiling and greeting guests properly ( drive thru)
This may be the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever had the unfortunate experience to order from. Tonight I came to the drive thru, and when I got to the speaker there was THREE cars in front of me. I ordered one bean burrito and one crunchy taco. After placing my order I went to sit in line BEFORE I got to the window for THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES. Yes, you read that correctly. Went to Taco Bell before around 8:30pm the food there was no issues they got it correctly. The problem lies within staff and lack of attention to the customers inside the store. They focused solely mostly on the customers at drive thru. Many customers inside were standing around waiting to be waited on while staff in kitchen area near checkouts were too focused on drive thru.
