one of the WORST experiences i had ever had at taco bell completely messed up my order and when I try to talk to them about fixing it, they said it wasn’t their problem. But also got the pretty pink for a-ha blast Olivia Rodrigo drink, and it looks nothing like the photos

Don’t come here unless you wanna waste your entire lunch break. I ordered ahead for a reason and had to wait in line for 30 minutes by the time I got my food I had to clock back in. They need to teach their employees to actually hustle or they need to hire more people or the manager needs to be an actual manager and do their job.

My son picked up our order and it came out incomplete. When I called, the manager, Alaina, refused to refund the 1 missing thing over the phone. Stating I would need to drive back to the store if I wanted a refund. My gas cost more than the refund! When I asked for the franchise owner's name, she gave me "Desert" and then something I couldn't understand. I asked her to spell it several times and she refused every time, telling me to look it up, and then hung up on me. I drove back anyway, and she gave me the same attitude in... read more
