Ordered online. Pulled up and the takeout line was backed up. Literally didn’t move for 15 minutes. It only started to move when people left. So I cancelled my order and left as well.
Closest to this Taco Bell so I often frequent here. The staff is very nice and understanding, especially the manager with blondish hair, very kind. Everytime I order there are issues with items missing/wrong. From sauces, to drinks, to whole food items. Unless delivery, it is typically easy, albeit a tad slow, to get everything fixed. Food is fine, occasionally a bit burnt, but nothing to complain over. Edit: Found a hair on my food, not so awesome but things happen.
