I placed an order through the drive-thru and paid in cash, as I was informed that cards were not being accepted. The cashier took my order, provided the drinks, and instructed me to park in front to wait for my food. After 25 minutes, an employee came out and informed me that they were experiencing a system issue and could not locate my order. I requested a refund, but was told I needed a receipt.
