Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I was told at the window that I could not add anything to my order they didn't have the chicken for the famous bowl so I was gonna get another chicken sandwich instead; so I had to pull around and wait almost another five minutes just to get someone to answer the speaker, which I had already waited more than five minutes for my original order. Terrible service, young girl behind the counter treated me like I was dirt. They will not ever get my business again.
Horrible customer service. I have gone there several times and they literally every time, get my order wrong and I have to go back through the drive through or inside to get my correct order. Between the rude staff and their inability to do their simple job, I will not be returning to this establishment.
