The woman at the drive-thru was super nice! She told me they no longer make the "Dirty Baja Blast" but made one for my order. She didn't want me to order 8n the future and be upset if someone there had no idea what it was.

Really no excuse to be waiting this long for a mobile order. Its so annoying that drive through is prioritized over inside orders. Nothing is more infuriating then seeing cars pull up order there food and drive off. 30 fn min. Add a refund button to the app so we can just refund and go somewhere else. Unacceptable.
I really like to get the potatoes at tbell. Unfortunately employees very often give out old dry hard potatoes instead of making a new batch.
Constantly getting orders wrong. Pretty much never give me the right kind of sauce. My fault for getting fast food in 2025 tbh. Won't make that mistake again here.
