We were waiting an hour for our food. What’s the point of being a fast food restraint if you’re not fast? They spent more time answering drive through than focusing on those of us in the lobby. The service is absolutely ridiculous! Multiple customers were waiting just as long as us or even longer. Let alone the conditions of the overflowing trash cans. Maybe I sound like an old man, but they're very dishonest when they ask you "is sour cream okay on it?" as if it comes with it, then they charge you for it. 2 stars because they've never gotten me sick.
Some things to be aware of if you visit Taco Bell, specifically this one. The mango peach agua refresca (maybe the other versions too) contain green tea. I do not drink tea and did not see it mentioned on the menu (could have easily missed that). Only found out because there was this weird singular white chunk of something in my drink. I was told it was a fruit piece and that the drink is green tea, so I paid extra for a drink I had to throw out. Also, when ordering our food, we were asked if sour cream was okay.
