Just before noon on Easter Sunday I came in to pickup Luxe boxes for Easter lunch with my family and had a bad pickup experience. Firstly I was given two empty cups to fill myself but no cup holder. After filling my drinks, I had to ask the attendant twice to give me a cupholder and when she did, it was very flimsy for my two large drinks (I think usually Taco Bell does double cupholders so they are sturdy). Service was friendly and helpful, my food was hot and fresh and ready surprisingly fast.
I went in on 2/2/26. There was a minor hiccup (1st one since I've been ordering over MONTHS, so this doesn't happen often) with my order today but when I called the store Jade answered and she was very polite. She handled the manner effectively and professionally! I always have good experiences at this location. It always is clean as well. Jade and her team deserve lots of praise!
