I like this Taco Bell being 24 hours but damn, I ordered the chicken cantina bowl and the rice was hella hard (bout’ chipped a tooth) felt like I was crunching on rocks. Had already mixed it all up and took some bites.. knew they wasn’t going to replace it, trash it went.. spent $8.68 to chew on some pebbles.. I get it. Good food
Worst customer service. MALE at drive thru window has zero customer skills and never seems to be in a pleasant mood. This is my local community Taco Bell for the last 10 years and will no longer be an option for my family. Time to rethink how you do business when all yoyr concetn is in keeping your times low at the windows..
