I would give it six stars if I could! Steven and his crew (Orion) have been the most hospitable to us every time we visit this location. Shoutout to their management!! Food? Poppin. Atmosphere? Vibin.
Read the reviews...they are right. Couldn't hear the cashier in the drive thru, then got my food, it was cold and they forgot the hotsauce I asked for. Pretty bad.
Utilized Door Dash, this locations preferred delivery service. Our DD driver, Jeffrey, was great and responsive when we contacted him for the issues with our order. Our order was short by 1 burrito and 2 tacos, but a fun bonus- a super duper long hair in the fries!! We understand stuff happens, but when we called the store 5 times, no answer and goes to a busy signal. Hope this gets us a response from management. Really unacceptable service on multiple levels. The new manager Steven was fantastic! Very personable and great customer service!!! I made a mistake on my order but, he made it right!
