When you walk in and stand at the order counter they yell at you to order on the kiosk. The 7 employees are standing around the kitchen laughing and talking about whatever. The wait for the food is ridiculous. I didn't want to have to spend an hour in TacoBell today. Do not even bother to reply some pathetic message to this post about how this isn't your usual service etc. I live here, I know this is typical. The employees are nice but I said meat and cheese for my soft taco then I get lettuce, in my taco. I don't like lettuce
