I just stopped by to get one of my favorites the steak supreme and they sold me nasty burrito with just lettuce and steak. I wish I had skipped this store because I paid for something that was not sold to me. Sad
The worst experience ever, the manager on the late shift was extremely rude, she needs to be fired, she kept complaining to the customers that is only her and 1 other person and that we should not complain on waiting (we’ve been waiting for more than 30 mins for our food), they didn’t have some of the items of my order so we asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do that. Props to the worker on the kitchen he was super nice and doing a great job by himself, also props to him to be able to work with this manager…
Went last night and waited over 10 minutes for one item and didn’t even get sauce. The first thing i asked for was sauce.. they said ‘ok’ and told me to wait parked up front. The young man finally came to window and gave me my bag. I looked in and of course, no sauce.
Después de mucho tiempo volví a comer taco bell, me pareció una alegría volver, pero creo que había cambiado mucho el menú y más porciones de los alimentos, también su sabor. Pude disfrutar el momento y pedir por la pantalla de pedidos y pude tomarme mi tiempo para saber lo que realmente quería pedir para mi cena con mi esposa.
