Staffs were positive and had focus on customers. Everything else is Taco Bell!
Worst customer service ever experienced. First time, waited 45 mins at the drive through. Second time, was asked to pull to the front, waited and went inside to retrieve our order, and got an attitude from the woman working the window. Will be calling in a formal complaint.
The food is awesome, and the people working was super nice. The restaurant is really clean, I loved it.
No sign on the door explaining why it was locked. Went to drive thru, all i was told was "yeah, well we are short staffed, pull forward." If I hadnt ordered on the app and already paid, I would have left. Never tell people the restaurant is short staffed; it sends the signal that corners are being cut ... also, it's your problem, not the customers. I will never come back to this location.
