Placed a mobile order at drive thru. Got to the window and was told it would be a minute or two. That was totally fine but after almost 10 minutes the food wasn’t ready. A worker came to the window asking about a different order. Told them we had a mobile order not the one they were asking about. Twice they came back saying the food was just finishing up. I am not one to submit reviews, but after multiple unfavorable experiences I feel like I should… where do I start. the person taking orders through sounds like they hate their job… I understand working at a taco bell might not be your ideal work environment but it leaves a rough impression. Tried to request a sauce be removed from an item due to there being no option to do so via the app (we always order on the app) at the drive through speaker and was told they couldn’t change it.
