Been going to this location for over 20 years as I work in the vicinity. Because of the homeless and criminals you can't even refill your own beverage, get your own straws, salsa packets, etc. Everything is hidden because of the rampant theft. Makes the place feel like a prison. Service is still good, staff is friendly, but the neighborhood has REALLY declined and has impacted the freedoms a customer normally enjoys at a taco bell.
