Never fails to mess up an order.
8/10 times I can easily expect my order to be wrong. No matter how long its been, its consistently wrong. Its like they can't read an order and make it properly. If I pay extra for something to be added/replaced, I expect it to be done. This has been happening for a long time, so I can easily say its probably a management issue. Can't train employees right and can't make sure they do their jobs correctly either. Insane.
Kindly, please reread orders or clarify the order through the drive thru. We have ordered from here and received the wrong items multiple times. I don’t know if the person only hears the word quesadilla and automatically zooms through without hearing the differences. It’s not that hard. A cheese quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. The food is always wrong and made incorrectly. Was told last time by the manager himself (Charles Hopps aka. Chuck) that he would fix my order and even give us cinnabons to accommodate for the constant mess ups. Not only did we not get any cinnabons, the order was still incorrect, and they didn't remake all of the items that were messed up.
