Very clean but it’s still Taco Bell
Wow!! Amazed how incredibly bad this is. I ordered 2 cantina tacos. One was thrown in the bag and barely wrapped, it looked like someone took a bite out of it, the inside old, hard chicken with no cheese, and a greasy outside. Had to throw my entire meal out! Unacceptable!!
Walked in & was greeted by no one. Saw the kiosks at the counter & realized I was going to get zero customer service. What's next? Am I gonna have to make it myself? If Taco Bell is using kiosks as a deterant from dining in then they have succeeded. Will not be back!
Whomever Dez is needs crazy accolades. I walked in literally angry as hell. Cursing and pressed. Almost yelling and he maintained his composure and discipline throughout my entire rage. Don't ask me how bc I definitely would've lashed out at someone approaching me with that energy. I actually left with a smile. ☺️ Somebody better reward this guy bc I could've shut that ENTIRE Taco Bell down. He is the epitome of good customer service skills!!!! He specifically is why I will continue to eat at this Taco Bell!!!
