Some of the time they favor the drive thru more than dine in /takeout so if your a cash paying customer it's sort of a challenge to get them to recognize you and that you very much would like your order sent to the kitchen as well.

We ordered from the Bonaire, GA store on Wednesday and Mashaundra (who we later found out was on loan from the Watson Boulevard location) was a shining example of perfect customer service. We had a long and complicated order, and not only was she patient and incredibly friendly, but she took the extra time to ensure she got every detail correct so we got exactly what we wanted. Very disappointed with my visit. The food was cold, and it took 35–50 minutes just to get a single-person order. The restaurant was dirty, there was no hand soap available, and nearly all the drink options—including tea—were out. When I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they were unprofessional and acted annoyed that I asked for the drink I had already paid for. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
