This location is constantly out of Baja Blast. They tell you to wait at the drive thru window for absurd amounts of time to then tell you that they are out of basically everything. This location needs more workers and to be better stocked.
So explain how this works: Do I just peel it off to eat it or do I just use a fork? Also, you need to use tortilla shells that aren’t so large. Nothing worse than biting into a mound of tortilla shell. 10/23/25 I swear, if it wasn’t for how polite the employees are, I would never come back here. 9 times out of 10 the orders are wrong. Ordered and did not get food for 20 minutes. Had to leave without it.
Horrible service, staff had terrible attitudes. Waited in line for 15 minutes (was blocked in could get out of line) decided to make a online order only to find myself waiting inside now for an additional 30 minutes, asked how much longer on my order, staff rolled eyes and ignored. Multiple customers inside were aggravated. Requested a refund and was told couldn't because my order was marked "made". My order was not made.
