Poor customer service
Manager Emily is rude to the customers. She ignores them when they’re trying to place orders and you have no regards to customer service.
Ordered 2 $7 boxes, 2 tacos and chips and cheese. They got the order wrong and I had to wait for the missing $7 box. There was a UPS driver waiting for his order. He got his order but they didn't give him his cup for his drink. He waited a bit for some one to come back to the counter, no such luck. I seen him (from the side of the counter) signal to someone to the left and then pointed to the cups behind the counter. The over-weight female manager during weekday shifts is loud and rude. Staff has repeatedly given out inferior product that was ordered and paid for i.e. taco supreme with neither tomato not sour cream. Although nearby, will not be patronizing again...
Terrible service!
Food is always hot and fresh. Line moves quickly and Kirin is a great cashier! Always happy and ready to help.
The staff here enjoy upsetting the customers. Maybe they're mad about US politics, maybe they're just trolls. But when they laugh after upsetting customers, repeatedly! What else needs to be said?
I'm going to have to give the new menu that they have out a four-star rating 4%. This is because not so bad of a price on each of the meals and drinks.
I can't lie the prices have gotten worse on some of the menu's since I've been there. I will give that a 1% percent rating.
