went in to pick up an online order after probably at least half a year w/o coming to this specific location, and MAN did they disappoint. first of all, no forks laid out by the straws and knives, and none in our bag either ( big surprise) (( we ordered foods that we needed forks for)) the front counter was barren, no employee even tried to walk up to us even; one employee told us to ' wait for our order ' but we were staring at it fully packaged right behind him - and the other, a woman, told us to get away from the counter ... read more
Sat at counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to agnolage me and then when she did she told me she wasn't allowed to take my order I would have to do it at the kiosk because nobody does that at that store anymore all orders are done yourself from the kiosk and after I figured that out it still took them another 20 minutes to get my food. I don't recommend this place at all.
