Food was cold, the kfc was low staffed but the atmosphere was amazing, almost a fight in the back it was like an 8 dollar meal for front row ufc tickets
Veryyyy slow. and as a person that works in customer service and in a drive thru i understand patience is key but i have wait for over 20 minutes MULTIPLE times. they aren’t professional at all. also don’t leave before checking your bag
Horrible service every time, long waits, rude staff that sits there while i wait for my food, some times they don’t even respond to the drive through, currently been waiting 30 minutes for 3 items. Never experienced such horrible service ever.
Would give 0/10 if I could. The night crew on Monday, 11/17, including the supervisor/manager, was incredibly rude. I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru after paying, stuck there with a screaming toddler, and eventually had to call the store just to get someone to come to the window. I asked for a refund, and instead of apologizing for the horrific service, the blonde female employee got an attitude and acted as though I had personally insulted her. By far worst fast food place I ever been, laziest staff out there and rudest. Lock the doors so they don’t gotta serve people, lie about everything and wicked. Never have heard of anyone having a good experience here, I’ve never been without getting my order messed up. I had to go through the drive through 5 times once to get it right and the people were still rude ash.
