This has got to be the WORST Taco Bell! It’s something always wrong when you try to order. Today it was the system is down after i placed my order on the app. Half the time they don’t come on the speaker when you pull up, the drinks are nasty, and then when my daughter got out to go in to get the food after they didn’t answer the speaker she ran off to avoid her. I called and finally they answered. I am going to start avoiding this particular Taco Bell. Do better!

Food tasted stale and tacos were soggy like they dunked them in a bowl of oil and we waited 20 minutes for are food when we were the only ones there. Will never go to this Taco Bell again!
TERRIBLE Food Quality and EXTREMELY RUDE employees. If you want Taco Bell stop in another town, not here in Italy, Texas.
Horrible service, 10 minutes for somebody to answer drive thru intercom, at around 8-9pm til close, and yet find a creative way to mess up a simple order.. multiple times. Needs NEW management.
