Every time I go here you guys give me the wrong order. It seems like the staff is more focused on talking with each other and horsing around than they are getting the correct orders out. I’m seriously tired of the staff messing up my orders every time I come here. Now I have to eat soft tacos which I didn’t order and you guys charged me $8 for a burrito you never put in the bag.
Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a WELL DONE quesadilla. Got it.....NOT toasted. Went in and still screwed it up..... This is what it looked like inside! Disgusting eh? They just kicked the trash out of their way.
Do not go here. Quality of service depends on your background, social class, etc.. I’ve ordered food alongside friends, adding tons of customizations to our meal and their orders come out flawless every time at this particular location. I, on the other hand, ask for one or two customizations when I’m by myself and the cooks can’t seem to make heads or tails of ingredients. Mind you, I’ve also created a separate Taco Bell mobile account with a different name and had someone else pick up my order, and lo behold the restaurant ... read more
They closed at 1am but didn't turn off online orders, kind of a waste of time and money
