One of the guys in the back Sunday night had zero professionalism whatsoever. Cussing at customers coming through the drive-through telling them to go home. If you want to say that fine, but maybe don't scream it for the whole drive-through to hear. Girl at the window was nice atleast.
Who gives a crap about your damn drive thru timer. If I come through the drive thru and your employees are so rushed by company policy they can't even cook the food you need to reevaluate your policy. We aren't a number we are paying customers. Paying you to COOK the food not serve it literally cold and raw.
The food is always great but what I saw today was completely uncalled for and that manager whom I thinks name was Corey from what I heard was full blown yelling while I was standing waiting for an order...I literally watched a kid walk out crying...a kid. This store is usually awesome but I will not order from establishment who runs a taco bell like it's boot camp and discouraging employees and customers from even wanting to be in that atmosphere. Anytime I goto this tacobell, I hope it’ll go smoothly. I don’t care if I have to wait 10-15 minutes for food if a place is understaffed, but when a place is staffed enough and I have to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR FOOD, thats when I get mad. Most of the time we have items missing from our order, the pops ALWAYS taste like static electricity, but I’m a nice person and I always have hope that each time I go there, it’ll be different. I am boycotting all taco Bells after this elastic experience.. I didn't feel like cooking Yesterday so I went and grabbed some taco bell for dinner. I ordered through the app and ordered 15 of each sauce minus the spiciest one.I would only ordered five of those. So in total I had ordered fifty sauces. I made it. All the way home and realized there was not one sauce in this bag.
