They put ground beef in my cheese stake burrito and no stake
This place is closed on a Monday at 2:00 pm. I pull up to the drive-thru and just sit for about a minute. Then someone over the intercom says “we’re closed.”
Mobile Order. Ready as promised. Friendly service. Very clean restaurant.
If I could give this place -3 stars I would. Not only are they rude about me ordering, but you can hear the workers in the back saying “you’re joking”. They also forgot my sauce; I’m fuming.
The young lady at the drive thru window was absolutely terrific. She was thorough and kind. I ordered a meal for my dad and said no sour cream on the burrito. She asked about sour cream on something else that I didn't realize had it. Everything was done with a smile. The food was out quickly and exactly as ordered. This is now my go-to Taco Bell. Infinitely better than the one in Cookeville on Jackson.
