We just moved to Alton couple months ago and I can honestly say that this taco bell is by far the worse we have ever experienced! We have tried them 3 times now and everytime the food is cold and twice now I asked for NO sour cream on my food and it ends up with sour cream on it even after the person at the drive thru repeated my request for no sour cream! The staff there is the most incompetent morons ever. How hard is it to take a simple order and make a damn taco??
Slow freaking service. Ain't even worth 1 star. That's how bad it is. I went to the drive though because the lobby was closed. Plus there was no other cars in drive through. The order was taken in no time. But I waited almost 12 minutes for a nacho box order ( nacho supreme, burrito and soft taco) when I was the only one in drive through. It shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes for that. It sure doesn't at other Taco Bells. And I wasn't even apologized to for such a late order. Their service is slower than a snail.
