How do you send 12 tacos without any taco sauce, napkins. Anything? Not one? That’s a “I don’t care” mentality from the staff. This should be cascaded down from upper level management on training. Fortunately I have taco sauce from Jack and the box here, from an establishment that actually cares about their guest.
don’t order online they always forget something… EVERY SINGLE TIME
UPDATE: DO NOT come to this location. They allow one of their family members to camp out, they allow a woman to drag her flea-ridden mutt into the business and they hold impromptu meetings for all staff wherein they sit in the lobby and blather on in Spanish at the top of their lungs. It isn't worth the frustration of trying to find a quiet, clean meal here.
