Normally, this location is very reliable, but this visit was a total exception. At the drive-thru, I was denied the ability to place a second order and was told I'd have to drive around and wait in the entire line again, which was unaccommodating and unnecessary. ​When I instead went inside to place the order, I was presented with the taco shown in the image provided. Their kiosk is unacceptable! Even your courteous kind attendant took six screens to place my order for a party pack. #tacobell needs to rethink this customer service atrocity

I asked somebody if they would take my order and was told I had to use the kiosk.A few minutes later other people came in asking for a person to take their orders and they did.Not good customer service.When you use the kiosks they don't give you senior discounts either.Service should be better!

We went to Taco Bell in Sullivan,Mo because we haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time. Biggest mistake…. The food was horrible, didn’t have hardly any meat whatsoever and minimal flavor. Example… I had a crunch wrap and it was all lettuce and little cheese and 1 spec of meat off to the side. I had to send it back and still couldn’t hardly see any meat, the taco I preserved had more meat than the crunch wrap and it didn’t have much. Would not recommend the Sullivan, Mo Taco Bell to anyone. Horrible
