Paid for a Soft taco supreme and got a regular soft taco. This is typical service for this and all other northern Nevada Taco Bell locations. Absolutley no service or management. I am hoping someday soon all fast food will become automated. Much better than paying lazy entitled people to get orders wrong.
Approximately 2 weeks ago I ordered a relatively substantial meal through the Taco Bell app (totaling about $65 and I think about 15 items) for delivery to my house. I input my address and this location was selected for me (which is odd because there are 2 other locations that are closer). Everything was going according to plan. Ordered from the kiosk like the sign on the counter said and the staff ignored me for approximately 20 minutes before I decided it wasn't worth the wait. And walked out. Seriously what happened to service?
