Food is always pretty good, but service is all over the place. Sometimes you get great service at the peak of the lunch rush, and other times they forget your drink when it's empty
*uodate* Sept 2nd This location has 99.9% gotten my order perfect and ready fast. Today however thry truly went above and beyond helping me . I was picking up an easy meal for a friend and her family and one for myself , plus being a complicated order with a lot of substitutions and customizations they took the time to help me sort it into different bags so I could just hand it to my friend and take mine home...they also did it in barely over 5 min!! Man this has went down hill I ordered 44.00 worth of food tried to give her a 50.00 she said she couldn’t take it 🤦 so they threw away 44.00 dollar order ? Crazy man
This Taco Bell consistently drops the ball when it comes to their service! I work the night shift and this is the one place I can go to get something to eat. I heard the workers actively groaning and cursing me out that I came through!! Not to mention that they always forget to include sauces in the bag that I paid for, or other food items!
