Currently waited 25 min for my food and they don’t seem to be wanting to work fast to get the dine in people out
Generational let down. Me and the boys pull up and order, and are still waiting for our food an hour later. The employees are on the verge of crashing out. They are ridiculously understaffed, like it's a joke. They are super inefficient, and just not getting food out to customers. I have never in my entire life been so disappointed. I am still waiting while writing this, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm still waiting when you see this. I want my food, and I want to go home. Over an hour of waiting and nobody was making food for nearly any of it... This has genuinely been the worst taco bell experience of my life
Came through on a road trip. The extremely kind cashier, Katie C., let us know that there may be a wait because she was working completely alone on a Saturday. She was still sweet, prompt, and there wasn’t a wait at all! Go Katie!!!
