Worst experience I have had at a Tacobell so far. The DT cashier was nice, that is where anything good stopped. It took forever for them to get our food. They made us drive around the buildiing to go back in the drive thru. We were the only ones there. Then when we get the food it's all shoved into a single bag. We obviously can't rummage through it in the car to see if we have everything. We get home and 4 things are missing, they out a hard shell taco on the bottom with the paper wrap open so everything fell out in the bag... read more

I ordered Dine In and had my food thrown at me over the counter, in a take out bag instead of a tray, causing the hard shell tacos to break before eating. Employees complaining and gossiping very loudly throughout the store. Acting as if there were 20+ customers when there was in fact 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 order for dine in. The tables are sticky and have leftover crumbs. The ingredients were fresh although the tortillas were stale. Worst experience I've had here, came in and was not greeted, ordered through the kiosk with no issues for dining in (other than the ridiculous prices)... Sat and waited for my food for about 10 minutes and while me and my husband waited all we heard was the employees complaining about screens full of orders and how they do not want to be at work (while there were no cars visible in the drive through and nobody else in the lobby). This isnt even close to what it looks like on the menu. Why does it have one slice out of it? If you knew you screwed it up, why would you give it to me? Wasted 12 bucks on this. Feels like theft.
