Just 1 hour ago, we ordered a veg taco pizza, it was a vegetarian pizza and gave a good tip to them also but when we came home and opened box, there is lots of meat stuff in it. That’s a horrible experience for a vegetarian. Even wastage of money, wastage of time, wastage of food too. Totally disgusting experience. Plz pay attention on what a customer is saying
Me and my family ordered in after a baseball game and we waited for 30 minutes just to get a refund and leave. Two other girls were waiting beside us and they ordered 4 items and waited for almost an hour. The workers seemed annoyed to deal with us and were doing their best to shun our existence while we tried to talk to one of them. They say Taco Bell policy is to serve drive through first. Update 06 24. Absolutely worst service possible took forever then didn't give us our drinks tried to accuse me of not getting drinks. Had to bring up the receipt. Then they also didn't give us our nachos for my cantina burrito meal or the cinnamon twist we added on. But figured they would be spitting in our food at this point so didn't bother to ask... Every time I come here they mess up my order. Im not even exaggerating and I understand because I work in fast food, but these fries are so old and gross I can't comprehend how someone could serve them. I also ordered the churros and didn't get them either. I love taco bell and it would be nice if you guys didn't mess up my order every single time.
