Closed most of the time " due to staff shortage" food is always wrong. The only reason I go there is because they are the only thing open. Which they never are anymore
Lobby closed only able to make mobile order. Couldn't place an order at drive thru accepting mobile orders only
Giving a 1 star because I’m unable to give zero. The store on google says open but the doors were actually shut. We then went through the side door that was open and we were told not to enter as they were only accepting drive-through. We then ordered via drive-through and they made us wait for over 15 min. They even had several other customers waiting outside. And the moment food arrived, it wasn’t heated. It was dry. The worst experience I’ve had with Taco Bell ever.
I have never experienced a fast food experience at this location. It doesn't matter whether I went to the drive through, came in and ate, pre ordered to pick up, my food was never ready for at least 20 minutes later... on a good day. Also, most of the time they leave items out or give me someone else's order completely. I am still sitting at the drive through waiting.
