Let’s be honest here, these spots don’t get very high marks. Turnover is high and care is low. Don’t expect your order to be right. They will charge you for things and then skimp. Nacho cheese for example… if I pay for it, fill up the damn ramekin! Use the block side cups like you’re supposed to, not the tiny clear ones. All the other comments are correct. This place really is the worst. Slowest service e…v….e….r…. and simple orders are -always-wrong. It’s dirty too!! Check out my cinnamon twists… I suggest burning this place down and starting all over. lol.
The guy at the window was so friendly, i always get the best service here and i come frequently. You can tell they are short staffed but the food never disappoints.
They use AI for the drive through at this location, which is bad enough, but isn't that supposed to take some workload off the actual employees (AI use excuse)? They still didn't even include napkins or silverware for the shredded fry dish. Won't go back here just because of the AI use
