Whew I think this is one of the worse experiences I’ve had in all of Taco Bell. I’m on vacation here while my husband works. And usually I don’t eat here because Taco Bell is known for horrible service sometimes. But I didn’t want Bojangles, anyways we order $48 worth of food. All the tacos had about 1 tablespoon of meat. They burnt the grilled cheese burrito. The Mexican pizza was cold. The cantina tacos were cold or not cooked all the way. And the fries were like they left them in the fridge and gave them to me. Don't waste your time. Customer service is awful.
The app sucks, so I went inside to order, should be paying me of how long it takes to get through it all. Paid, then was told fryers dont work. Got a refund for that. Then was trying to use a free taco coupon and had to do another order in cash form . The inside is disgusting. Food everywhere and drinks filled all over the floor and just a cone on top of it.
