Food was left sitting out too long, nachos were soggy. There was a cinnamon twist in my mom's nacho bell grande. We ordered two empanadas and only received one. Additionally we waited over 20 minutes for our food.
I ordered a 3 taco supreme combo. The tacos were tiny. Like taquitos. Over here still hungry.
I'm happy to say that this is a good tbell! They really try to make sure orders are correct AND ready asap. Tbell was my first job, and I worked at multiple locations-so trust me when I say this tbell is genuinely good. They really do care about getting orders correct! Ive been going to this location for about a year, but tonight when their systems were down they showed how genuine they were. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Erica remade my order when a minor mistake was made and was friendly and fast. Give them all a raise.
