The worst location I've ever been to! So sad to see it go downhill so fast. Three soft tacos thrown together & so incredibly greasy they are barely edible!! Yuck! Go anywhere but here -- I WILL NEVER recommend this location!
Great food, open late for the night owls. The service was prompt and polite.
We arrived and the menu was not working. When I asked for help I was told that I was just going to have to wait. She proceeded to tell me that they only had three people working. After moving to another machine I finally able to get my to get my order through. Then we had to wait five minutes for a cup to get our drinks. After that wait we waited 30 minutes for food. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We have a little lake place in Sulphur and were ready to try out the new guy in town (Taco Bell). Could not of done a worse job if they tried. No human interaction, order on a tablet which doesn’t work. When we asked simple questions they had zero answers or care. Food finally came out incorrectly made and burnt. I have plenty of patience and this place tried every bit of it. Go anywhere but here.
I absolutely love the staff in this place And the new manager is awesome.
