Ordered ahead for 2:00 PM pickup thinking that meant something. Apparently not. I overheard an employee say not to make our order because it was a mobile order, even though we were sitting there waiting. Watched multiple people walk in, order at the kiosk, and get their food before us. What’s the benefit of a scheduled pickup if it’s ignored?
1st visit The drive through lady Carmen is awesome! Really knows her job and is very good at it! Quick and quality personal service. Very helpful 2nd visit Lobby was quite busy with young adults but was met in a timely fashion by Carmen whom was very helpful at helping us decide what to order. She had our food out to us with a quickness and it was made correctly and presented nicely.... Carmen is there often when we come in and she is always so nice! Thanks to all for a great experience!
We usually get door dash. But this is my favorite location. Always delicious!
It is so cold in here. I normally run hot and where a hoodie instead of a coat. I have my winter boots on and my feet are freezing. FREEZING. Colder than shoveling snow for an hour in 29°f during snow showers. This is my 3rd time in the lobby this winter. Cold all 3 times. But today is insane. I've heard 2 other couples complain about the temperature in here. It just isn't reasonable. Nice and clean. Good service.
