This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff appeared unmotivated and inattentive, and the overall service was far below reasonable expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve the quality of customer care
Taco Bell is the best bell. EDIT: We usually order through the app. It doesn't seem to make any difference whether we get there in 2 minutes or 20, they don't appear to start the order until you get there. I used to be a regular customer, but your recent decision to eliminate the good combo boxes is a massive mistake. These boxes were the perfect combination of variety and value, and they were the only thing I consistently ordered. Now, ordering the same items separately costs significantly more, and the new options are a joke. There is no longer any incentive for me to visit.
