Placed a mobile order for the drive thru, that was out to the street and was able to pull in went in to see if I could switch it to in store, employees were rude and condescending with a crappy attitude, saying the order would take 40 minutes longer. Honestly I'm surprised that corporate hasn't cleaned house with that location, people that don't want to be respectful shouldn't be in a customer service industry. Heck fake that you like your job.. Walked in the doors and the employees shook heads at us and threw a bag down just for coming in for lunch. I will never come back here again.
Rude , slow, and food was cold I will never again go to this taco bell !!!!!
It's Taco Bell, fast and hot. My only opinion would be, have the employees park away from the door, saving those spaces closest to the door for your guest. A person wearing a taco bell shirt with the drive thru headset was sitting in her car smoking at noon.
