We ordered using the app ( supposed to lessen the wait time) however when we got there they refused to give us our food inside said we had to wait in the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building and even 6cars in the street. We waited a 1hour and 10 mins to finally get to the window. They had made our food when the order was placed and when we got it EVERYTHING was soggy cold and nasty and they refused to remake anything or even do a refund. They keep one door locked to the dinning area all the time. Dinning area times aren't posted, says 1am but at 10:20pm they say dinning area is closed

We went to another fast food place which took FOREVER, so we ended up going to taco bell and 100% dont regret it, the people are great and our food was out within 5 mins. Totally worth your time, recommended :)
Ordered through the drive through and on the app in the evenings and both times got old, hard or undercooked chalupas, the fries were limp and looked like they were a half day old. Ive worked for taco bell before and these are not the standards your trained for. Step it up guys, people are paying a good deal of money to eat at your establishment. Think of when you go out, how would you like your food, how would you like being treated??
