Good food and Fast service. Clean restaurant.
I ordered on kiosk 2. Paid. Got my receipt. My order showed up on the app. However after 15 minutes I checked on my order. The manager checked her system said it wasn’t there. I showed her all of my information she said she has to research. I said I was on my lunch break could she make my four tacos & research while I eat. She said she could not give me free food they would not get “credit” for it. I said it wasn’t free I paid for it. Not until I got loud did she make my 4 tacos. No apologies. Your system not mine. If I could give 0 stars I would. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Started screaming DID YOU NOT HEAR ME I SAID YOU HAVE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER INSIDE while interrupting us after we clearly didn’t hear him on the intercom since he was yelling and talking so fast. What a sad miserable life he has to be treating people like garbage and slamming the window on us after we asked if he was ok. If he hates his job so much he needs to find a new one.
