Always takes forever to get thru the drive thru line even when there's no one ahead. Very skimpy portions such as lettuce, meat, etc...

I am going to leave my former review because yesterday was supposed to be an opportunity for growth and what I got was something far from it. I pull up to the window and I explicitly state that I want onions on my Bean burrito. I literally listed all of the ingredients: Beans, Onions, Red sauce. The individuals on the speakerphone told me "it already comes with onions". She knows that, I know that, the corporation knows that, but the people working in the kitchen do not know that.
