I frequent this Taco Bell often because of the ease of location and travel. Each time he staff and management has been receptive of my concerns and management would correct the issue without further discussion. That is until today, 03-21-2026. After calling both numbers listed for Pilot and for Taco Bell at this location, no one answered the phone. I guess whoever management is here don’t care how their employees treat their customers! Everytime we decide to go here for convenience we spend $30-$40 and everytime our food is wrong and the workers talk to you like your the floor they walk in, anyway we have to get out of our vehicle to go inside each time then this time the employee who does the making of the tacos decides to cuss out my husband because he didn’t want to have to remake our food. Good employees and super swift service. They needed to switch the syrup in a few different soda flavors but otherwise it was a good visit. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
