I love this location, but this visit was wow! I pulled up in the drive thru and was asked to hold on so they could conduct a Wingstop swap between multiple people, it was so weird. Then when I told her about my mobile order, she pulled us up immediately and didn’t give me one of my drinks. So we waited for the food at the mobile spot and she came out with the bag. Food was fresh and great also came out fast
Didn’t believe us when we told them things were missing in our bag, trust me we didn’t want to get out in pouring rain the first time let alone having to come back up there. Didn’t put sour cream on anything only on the side when we specifically asked for sour cream on the items we ordered. This was the 9pm shift. Do better, train better. We will only go to this location before 5pm now. Seems you have a better shift on at that time.
